THE BLUEJAYS
The Project...
The Bluejays are a premium 1950s vintage band based in the UK, described by Vintage Rock Magazine as "the real rock 'n' roll deal!" Winners of The National Vintage Award for Best Entertainment, The Bluejays have shared a stage with Queen's Brian May, played at the Isle of Man's Classic TT Festival of Speed and regularly sell out venues throughout the UK with their touring theatre show.
The Bluejays commissioned me to write the landing page for their show, Rock and Roll Revolution. The project required detailed research into the vintage entertainment industry to understand what makes The Bluejays so unique from their competitors. My writing weaves in all the relevant information on songs, artists and the band's successes, while maintaining The Bluejay's engaging and energetic tone of voice.

Join multi-award-winning band The Bluejays on a musical journey through the fabulous 50s in their smash hit theatre show, Rock and Roll Revolution!
Jam-packed with back-to-back classics, including Rock Around The Clock, Let’s Twist Again, Great Balls of Fire, Runaround Sue, Stupid Cupid, That’ll Be The Day and C’mon Everybody, Rock and Roll Revolution transports you back to the heyday of rock ’n’ roll in authentic 50s style! Featuring the stars of hit West End shows Dreamboats and Petticoats, Jersey Boys and Million Dollar Quartet, The Bluejays’ lively charisma and non-stop energy has audiences singing and dancing in the aisles in packed theatres UK-wide.
From the early days of Elvis Presley at Sun Studio, right through to the revolutionary new sounds of Chuck Berry, Eddie Cochran, Connie Francis, The Everly Brothers, Brenda Lee and Buddy Holly, Rock and Roll Revolution is an all-out celebration of a musical era that defined a generation — and changed the world forever!
